At Chez Hortanse restaurant in Cap Ferret

Puhuimme juuri tätini kanssa siitä, että Ranskan asunto on ollut olemassa jo 21 vuotta. Olen siis pikkutytöstä saakka käynyt täällä melkein joka kesä. Jokaisen reissun yksi kohokohdista on venematka lahden toiselle puolelle ja Chez Hortanse ravintolaan. Paikan valkosipulin täyteiset sinisimpukat ovatkin jo varmasti tulleet tutuksi blogiani pidempään seuranneille. Ruokaa, ruokaa, viiniä ja lisää ruokaa... siitä oli tämä loma ehdottomasti tehty.

//One of the highlights of every holiday in Arcachon is the boat trip accross the bay to Cap Ferret. We always visit the amazing restaurant Chez Hortanse there. I think these garlic filled mussels have come pretty known for those who have been following my blog a bit longer. This trip has been all about food and rest and thats the way it should be I think.

Täällä ruoka on erikoisen hyvää, koska se on niin tuoretta! Parasta rannikon antia ovat ehdottomasti kalat ja merenelävät. Loma on kyllä sujunut pelkästään syödessä, rennoissa vaatteissa ja ilman meikkiä. Hyvä niin!
